Albert W. Sawyer

Albert W. Sawyer, "ALBIE", passed away February 7, 2014. He was born May 28, 1952 to Esther M. Fisher Sawyer of Columbus, Ohio. He attended Mifflin High School where after joined the Marine Corp. where he earned an Honorable Discharge. He was employed with The Piketon Nuclear Plant, construction worker. For many years, he was employed with the Hyatt Regency Convention Center and Capitol Square Hyatt. Albert treasured spending time with family and friends and was especially happy to have sons. He enjoyed fishing in Toledo. Albie is survived by three sons, Al Jr., James Jamie and Jerell and grandchildren; Sisters - Stephanie, Connie and Anitra; One Brother, Eric; many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Also Special Friends, Butch and Doc.
