ALVETA POWELL, 31, passed away on Thursday, November 11,2010 in Columbus, Ohio.

Alveta was born on April 25, 1979 in Mansfield, Ohio to Carlos Owens and Eva Powell. She is survived by her siblings Dawn Powell, Maricka Smith, Tarias Smith, and Myia Rhodes. She is preceded in death by grandmother, Mary Hines; Grandfather, Eugene Owens, uncles and aunts Mary Owens, Paul Owens, Henry, and Richard.

A service will be held NOON Wednesday at the Chapel of EDWARDS FUNERAL SERVICE, 1166 Parsons Ave., Where family will receive friends starting at 11 AM.
