ANNA ELIZABETH CIOFFI, 84 passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2009 She was born July 23, 1924 in Batavia, Ohio to the late George and Anna Simpkins Waits. <P> She leaves to cherish her memory, a good friend and caregiver, Patricia Jackson, a dear friend and neighbor, Donna Gillilan and a Special friend, Phyllis Archer whom visited with Anna frequently. <P> She is preceded in death by two daughters, Barbara Jones and Judy Beach <P> Per Anna?s instructions, No public service will be held.
