Annalisa Smith, 60, passed away in Columbus, Ohio on February 12, 2014. She was born on October 13, 1953 to the late Katherine and Frank Cinciatta in New York, NY. Annalisa was very dedicated to her nursing career and devoted over 30 years of her life in this occupation and caring for others. She appreciated many types of music and loved all animals. She is survived by her Sisters, Loraine John Percoco of New York and Cathy Cinciatta of Gahanna, Ohio; Nephew, Vincent Percoco; Several Aunts and Uncles; Many Cousins; Her Beloved Cats, HoHo and Oreo. Annalisa is preceded in death by her Parents, Katherine and Frank Cinciatta; Husband, Gary V. Smith; she was preceded in death by many of her beloved pet dogs among those were: Shane, Shiloh, Shelby and Ruffian. Annalisa will be laid to rest on Monday, February 17, 2014 at 2:00PM at Gardens of Memory Cemetery, 415 North Chancery Street, McMinnville, TN 37110.
