Anthony Zimmerman

Anthony "Tony" Zimmerman, 69, of Columbus OH was called home to the Lord to be with his loved ones that had gone before him on February 11, 2016.

Tony was born on October 5, 1946, in Philadelphia, PA to Joseph Sr. and Frances Zimmerman.

At the time of his passing he was surrounded by his four children and several grandchildren, whom he had a special relationship with each one.

Tony is lovingly remembered by his son Brian and daughters Danielle (Harold), Melissa, and Toni Anne. He is further survived by his 10 grandchildren, Robert, Catherine, Joshua (Jessica), Alex, Cheyenne, Corey, Dakota, Jocelyn, Kyle, Crystal. Along with 4 great-grandchildren Phoenix, Daisy, Braelyn, and Noah. Tony also survived by a brother Howard, and sisters Francine (Dante) and Barbara (Anthony). He was preceded by his mother, whom he missed dearly, and father and older brother Joseph Jr.

Tony was an avid sports fan and especially loved the Phillies and the Eagles. He also loved animals. We will always remember his favorite phrase "I'm #1". He will be missed greatly by his family and friends.
