Mr. Barnie Lee Traylor

On December 1 st , 2023, Barnie Lee Traylor passed away at home, surrounded by his family. He was born
August 29, 1950 in Portsmouth, Ohio.
He is preceded in death by his Father, Francis Traylor, his Stepmother, Delores Traylor, his Mother,
Wanda Slone and his Stepfather, Roger Slone, his brother Ray, his son Oren Lee, his grandson Tyler
Nathan, his granddaughters Destiny Lee and Madison Grace.
He is survived by his wife Pamela (Bennett) Traylor, his children Bonnie, Christine, and Joshua (Crystal),
his grandchildren Justin, Ashley, Shane, Katlyn, Sierra, Mason and Malachi, and his great-grandchildren
Tyler Nathan, Jr, and Mazlynn Joy. He is also survived by his sisters Peggy, Pam (Steve) and Tracie
(Roger) and his brother Philip, many aunts and uncles, and nieces and nephews.
Barnie served in the United States Navy from 1971-1973, and retired as a Union painter. He was an
active member of Amvets Post 2000 and American Legion Post 144.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to cover expenses.
As we grieve his loss, we find comfort in knowing he is no longer in pain.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, December 8th 2023  at The Edwards Funeral Service German Village Chapel 1166 Parsons Avenue Columbus, Ohio 43206. The visitation will begin at 11:00 AM.
