Betty was born on May 2, 1941 in Jackson County, Ohio to Floyd McFann and Bertha Rae McCoy.

Betty was a loving and giving woman. She would help anyone, she was a very loving animal lover.

She is survived by Daughter Betty J David Simpson Clarkson; Grandchildren Jeremy Donna and Matthew Clarkson; Great Grandchildren Adriana and Aaliyah; Brother Robert L. McFann; 1st Cousins Elaine Duchess and Allen David McCoy; Many Nieces and Nephews and close friend Joyce Hall.
