Billy Ray McClurkin journey began in Aniston, AL with his parents the late Virgil and Flora Mae McClurkin. Billie ended this journey with his daughter Quatada Walker in Columbus, OH. He departed this life on October 19, 2012.
Billie was employed at Caldwell Hospital as the Head Custodian in Lenoir, NC. He enjoyed working there for over 20 years. Billie loved playing cards and socializing with anyone. He never met a stranger.
Billie was preceded in death by his parents: Virgil and Flora Mae McClurkin and his brothers Virgil, Willie, and Joseph McClurkin.
He leaves to cherish his memory his siblings: Beverly Ann Murray, Jerry McClurkin, and Michael McClurkin. His children: DeAndre McClurkin spouse, Laquata Henderson Terry, Quatada Walker, Chris, Tamika Caggins Antonio, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Billie, you will be sadly missed by all. We love you very much, but God loves you best.
