Carl "Chip" Elmer Brame, Jr., 46, passed away September 14, 2013 in Columbus, Ohio. He was born on January 27, 1967 in Dayton, Ohio. Chip is survived by his Mother, Charlene Anne Brame; Sons, Cale and Tyler Brame; Granddaughter, Lillian; Sisters, Amy Steve Gray, Belinda Jim Wright, and Patricia Ann Dennis Baker; Brothers, James Taughnya Noffsinger, Chris Jody Noffsinger, and Scott Noffsinger; many nieces and nephews. Good friends, Ralph Anderson, Charlie Anderson, Jim Fletcher and Bruce Ballard. He was preceded in death by his Father, Carl Elmer Brame, Sr.; Brothers, William Brame and Michael Noffsinger. Chip was a Computer Enthusiast, R/C Enthusiast and a NASCAR fan with his favorite driver being Dale Earnhardt, Jr. He was truly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
