She was born August 26, 1953 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Garnett and Mary Wallace Pennell

Survived by a daughter; Jennie John Dycus, a son; Virgil Shelly Chapman II, a sister; Delnora Ron Kennedy, grandchildren; Amie, Samantha, Savanna, Virginia, and Brutus, nephews; Greg and Andy, and an ex-husband; Virgil Chapman, and a best friend; Barb Dickens

She is Preceded in death by a son; Howard Chapman

A service will be held Friday August 16th at 11 AM at the Chapel of EDWARDS FUNERAL SERVICE, 1166 Parsons Ave., Where family will receive friends from 10 AM until time of service.
