She leaves to cherish her memory her soul mate; David Waggoner; Mother; Karen Spafford Andrew, children; Maranda Osborne, David Waggoner Jr, Damien Osborne, and Timothy Cox, a granddaughter, Chloe Osborne, Sisters; Amanda Osborne Glen, Donna Osborne Mohammed, Beth Spafford, brothers; Robert "Lee" Robinson, Roy Osborne Lisa, Paul Spafford, four aunts, three uncles and many other family members.
Preceded in death by her father Roy, Grandparents and a sister; Tasha Osborne
