David R. Adams
November 30, 1934 — November 20, 2014
David R. Adams, aka, "Rod", 79, of Westerville, Ohio passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2014, after a brief battle with cancer.
David was born in Paducah, IL on November 30, 1934. He graduated from Winchester High School in Kentucky and continued on to receive a BS degree from Western Kentucky University.
David serviced twice in the Army as an MP in the 404th and 165th battalions. He was a member of the NRA, and the Grand Community Lodge, Columbus, Ohio. David work as a salesman for over 25 years for GE.
David is survived by his wife of 32 years Barbara A. Adams, step-daughters, Tracy Chris Floyd , Galloway, Ohio, Cheryl John Button, Ashley, Ohio, step-grandchildren, Shane Vest, Thornville, Ohio, Matthew Julie Pickens, Obetz, Ohio, Shaun Floyd, Columbus, Ohio and 6 step- great grandchildren, other family members and many very good friends.
David is preceded in death by his parents Hazel Ranney Greathouse and Ernest B. Adams, his step-daughter Lynn Hochuli Vest and step-grandson Jeremy Pickens.
At David's request there will be no funeral services.
