She is Preceded in death by both parents; Mother, Imogene Chaffin, Father, William Evans

A Funeral Service will be held Thursday June 16th at 7:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Service Chapel, 1166 Parsons Ave, Columbus, OH where Family will accept friends from 6:00 PM
