Donna Elaine Vest-Barker

Donna Elaine Vest Barker, 69, of Columbus, Ohio went home to her heavenly resting place on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, in Columbus, Ohio.

Donna was born on Thursday, July 2, 1953, to Clifford Eldon Vest Sr. and Doris Alaine Lewis Vest Wolff Roth.

She was preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband, David Daniel Barker; parents, Doris and Clifford; step-father Richard Herbert Wolff Sr; brothers,Clifford Eldon Vest Jr. and Richard Herbert Wolff Jr.; Sister-in -Law, Susan McGee Vest Swank; Brother-in-law Joseph Thacker; niece, Crystal Dawn Osborne and nephew, Shane Vest.

She is survived by her only son, David Andrew Vest Sr. (Brooke); daughter/niece, Savannah Marie Osborne (Zach); grandchildren: David Andrew Vest Jr. (mother Patricia), Katie Ann Tipton, Jourdyn Slate, Zoeey, Za’Kyah, Za’veyaha Lefever, Nevaeh, Naela and Nevin Blackstone, Liam Scott, and Anthony.

Her sisters: Karen (Andy) Spafford, Glenda (Leonard) Foster, Annette (Kirk) Jacobs, and April Roth, Patricia Wolff; brother, Robbie (Angie) Roth; nieces and nephews: Diane (Deon) Fambro, Peewee, Dwayne Vest, Tara (Bryan) Schoonover, Donna Osborne, Amanda (Glenn) Wiggins, Jake (Chrissy) Osborne, Robert (Lee) Robertson, Angie (Chris) Settles, Doris Ann Vest, Helen Thacker, Ricky, Melissa, Nickolas, Kimberly Wolff, Meghan (David) Ellen, Kay (Tyler) Navarrette, Jill, Mary Jacobs, and Gabby Roth.

Donna had 41 great nieces and nephews, and 36 great-great nieces and nephews. Donna had many wonderful cousins and dear friends.

Donna loved everyone dearly. 1 John 4:7a   Beloved let us love one another.

The family invites you to Donna's Funeral Service at Edwards Funeral Service, 1166 Parsons Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43206.

Visitations will be Monday, September 26, 2022, from 5-7 PM, and Tuesday, September 27th, 2022 from 9-11 AM. The service will immediately follow at 11 AM, followed by a burial at Green Lawn Cemetery.
