Doris Ann Byrd, 74, passed away August 3, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 5, 1939 in Columbus, OH to the late Victoria and Celophas Hansard. Doris has left to cherish her memory, Step-Father, Frank Stewart; Daughters, Cherie Byrd-Delcour and Kimberly Byrd; Sons, Kenneth Byrd, Jr. and Tremanye Byrd, Sr.; Grandchildren, Shereka Byrd, Roxanna Byrd, Yvonne Ingram, Tameria Jamison, Irissa Fields, Ron Robinson, Tyra Travis, Jamal Langford, Celophas, Domonique Granger, Tremanye Byrd, Jr., Mark Byrd, Tremanyna Granger, Naomio Granger, Traynaia, Cody and Karema; more than 30 Great-Grandchildren; A Brother, Eugene Hansard; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Doris is preceded in death by her parents, Victoria and Celophas Hansard; Husband, Kenneth Byrd; Daughter, Terry Byrd; Brothers, Walther and Celophas Hansard. A service will be held on Friday, August 8, 2014 at 1:00PM with a visitation from Noon-1:00PM all to be held at the Chapel of Edwards Funeral Service, 1166 Parsons Ave., Columbus, OH 43206.
