Warren, Ohio---Dorothy A. Williamson McClurg, 89, of Warren., died at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 22nd, 2011, at Ashley Manor in Ashley Ohio. Mrs. McClurg was born July 16, 1921, in Ashtabula, a daughter of George F. and Laura Butler Williamson. Dorothy was an employee of Packard Electric and a homemaker. She was also a member of Words & Wisdom. Dorothy enjoyed card playing, family gatherings and taking shopping and restaurant trips. She thought family were the most important people in her life. Preceding her in death was her husband Sterl A. McClurg, whom she married December 1, 1951, and Six brothers, Leo, Robert, Paul, Gene, George, Arthur and two sisters, June Betts and Anna Williamson. She is survived by her daughter Vanessa A. McClurg of Warren; her son, Timothy A. McClurg and his wife Michele E. McClurg of Gahanna, Ohio; two grandsons Zachary S. McClurg and Andrew T. McClurg; three brothers, Jim of McDonald, Bill of Howland, Tom of Sun City, Fla.; and two sisters, Mary Norman of Girard and Carol Evinsky of Rochester, N.Y. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday March 26th at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, 533 North Park Avenue, Warren, Ohio, 330 394-4656. Calling Hours will be from 6-8 PM on March 25th and one hour prior to the services. Processional and burial will be immediately after the service at Niles City Cemetery
