He is survived by his Mother Penny; Son Michael Carter; Daughters Virginia Carter and Samantha Carter; Brothers Ron Carter (Tammy) and Mike Carter (Tina); Sister Sharon Villers; Seven Grandchildren and many other family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his Father Harold; Wife Lavonna Carter; and sister Karen Rodgers. All services are private at this time.
