He was born June 19, 1941 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Harry and Dorothy Padgett Young
He was Vietnam Veteran and a retired teacher at Columbus State College
Survived by his wife of 33 years, Sondra Cline; children, Marc Julia, Cindy Michael Hamilton, David Brooke, Brenda Scott Higgins, Michael Barker, and Vicki Julia Wilkins Barker; 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; brothers and sisters, Thomas Karla, Connie Ken Greb, Steven Joettte, Christopher, Betsy Sylvester Kubacki and Paul; many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
