Helen Ann Westmoreland

Helen Ann Westmoreland, 84, passed away on December 10, 2013 in Canal Winchester, Ohio. She was born on April 14, 1929 in Chicago, Illinois to the late George and Adell Westmoreland, but grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. Left to honor her memory are her Two Children, Marlon Westmoreland of Whitehall, Ohio and Kim Westmoreland of Fort Myers, Florida; Four Grandchildren, Helena, Domenico, Marlon, Jr and Andre Westmoreland all of Columbus, Ohio; Two Great-Grandchildren, Alexis Adell and Demartez Westmoreland of Columbus, Ohio. Helen is preceded in death by her parents, George and Adell Westmoreland; and Two Brothers, Harold and George, Jr. Westmoreland. Helen was a kind and loving woman who would open her door for anyone who needs help. She would share and care for anyone and do anything she could to put a smile on their face. Helen had a big heart for pets, especially cats. She was a wonderful seamstress, loved ice skating, roller blading and riding her bike. She loved music and was a talented piano player. One of her favorite things to do was attend the Ebony Fashion Fair. Helen's family thanks God for putting such a beautiful soul into their lives. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 11:00AM at the Chapel of Edwards Funeral Service, 1166 Parsons Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43206.
