James Edward Pollard

James Edward Pollard was born to the late Reverend Johnnie Moss Pollard and Margie Welch-Pollard on Thursday May 31, 1951 in Tuskegee Alabama.
He worked at Delphi Packard for 25 years and Olga Tree Auto until he retired in Warren, Ohio and moved to Columbus, Ohio to be closer to his family. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and Bingo, the casino, fishing, and hunting, watching his investigation ID and walking.
He’s survived by two daughters Jameka Pollard (Ozell) and Javette Pollard (Kelvin); Step Daughter whom he raised Ranessa Russ; Ten Grandchildren; Five Great Grand Children all of Columbus, Ohio; Five brothers John T Pollard of Cleveland, Ohio, Jessie Pollard of Columbus, Ohio, Jeffrey Pollard Sr. of Columbus, Ohio, Joel Pollard of Cleveland, Ohio, and Jerome Pollard of Atlanta, Georgia ; two sisters Margaret Pollard White (Charles) of Columbus, Ohio and Marla Pollard Chilton (Gary) of Columbus, Ohio
He is preceded in death by his loving parents and a baby brother Johnathan Pollard.
He fought cancer from January 2017 until April 2017 during his battle he was surrounded by family and friends until God called him home in his Word “I made peace and Amends)
