Jennifer Lynn Kumalaa

Jennifer Lynn Kumalaa, 48 of Marion, Ohio, passed away on March 18, 2022 at Riverside Methodist Hospital after a sudden illness. She passed with her family at her side. Jen was born on February 20, 1974 in Hayward, California to the late Joe and Cecilia (Watkins) Barron. She met and married the love of her life while out on the road as a truck driver over 25 years ago, and they settled in Ohio to raise their family.

Jennifer is survived by her husband, Charles Kumalaa, her daughter, Kylie (Cade) Wygal, and her step children, William Kumalaa, Jessica Kumalaa, and Savannah Maine. She was a loving mother and grandmother of 6 beloved grandchildren.

She was a member of the Rod Knockers car club of Marion, Ohio, and the AMMO car club. She enjoyed going to car shows, car cruises, gathering with many of her friends, and taking care of her beloved dogs, Izzy and Roo.

She will be greatly missed by many, and has touched many lives in her short time here on Earth.

There will be a celebration of life held in her honor on March 25th, 2022 at Marion Christian Center in Marion, OH.
