JoAnn was born January 23, 1944 in San Antonio, TX to Elbert Ohlhausen and Mattie Estelle Hilburn. JoAnn is Survived by her son, Gene Delp and cousin Lonnie Hilburn. JoAnn is preceded in death by both parents and her husband E. Gene Delp.
A service will be held 11 AM Saturday at the Chapel of EDWARDS FUNERAL SERVICE, 1166 Parsons Ave., Where family will receive friends beginning at 10:30 AM
