John E Joyce, 70, passed away on Friday, October 31, 2014 at home.
John was born March 29, 1944 in Mount Airy, NC to the late Earlie Desser Strickland Joyce. John retired from the city of Columbus after 34 years of service.
He is survived by his loving wife; Diana, Seven Children; Michael West, Michelle Bullock, Toya Wallace, Todd Joyce, Derrick Crosby, Lyndsay Joyce, Nicholas Joyce, Numerous grandchildren, Two brothers, Rev. James Freder and Joe Irene and Father and Mother in-law, Robert Donna Meredith
He is preceded in death by a brother George.
A Homegoing Celebration will be held Thursday at 12:00 PM at Calvary Tremont Baptist Church, 1255 Leonard Avenue, Columbus, OH where Family will accept friends from 11:00 AM until time of service. Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estates
