Marcia (MICKEY) Carol Frazier - Marsh, 60, had her last and final call, on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 2:30 AM after fighting a battle with Pancreatic Cancer with 3 years with her Husband and Daughter by her side.
Marcia was a member of IATSE for the past 15 Years.
Marcia was born June 1, 1955 in Gallipolis, OH to Russell Frazier and Emma Edmonds
She is survived by her loving spouse, Philip Marsh; children, Shawn Frazier, Aaron Coulson; mother, Emma Edmonds; brother, John Frazier
She is Preceded in death by her father, Russell Frazier; brothers, Rocky and Billy Frazier; sister, Nancy Feustal
A Celebration of Life will be held at Tailgaters Sports Bar, 4680 E. Main Street, Whitehall, OH on Sunday, May 1, 2016 from 2 PM - 7 PM
