Margaret (Peggy) Virginia-Fawver, 96 passed away February 4, 2016 at Willow Brook Christian Home. A former resident of Hagerstown, MD, she was born in Washington, DC, married to William S, Higgins until his death in 1979, and Jack Fawver until his death in 2006, Preceded in death by her parents Lawrence and Margaret (Cogan) Appleman, brother John, and beloved son William Higgins, Jr in 2012, She is survived by her sister, Nancy Eynon of Aiken SC, nieces and nephew, daughter Marianne Rennie (James) of Dublin OH, grand daughter Jennifer Suplee Rodi of Wilmette IL and great-grand daughter Kendall; grandson Rob Rennie of Columbus Oh, daughter-in-law Susan Higgins of Hagerstown MD, granddaughter Amy Ryan (Chris) of Hampstead, MD and great-grandchildren Connor and Brynn. Many thanks go to the extraordinary care from all staff, nurses and aides at Willow Brook Christian Home and for their loving devotion toward Peggy. The family is eternally grateful,
