Survived by daughters; Shellie Templin Widdis and Monica Massie, grandchildren; Breghan, Margot, Renee, Courtney, Jeremiah and Shyann, Sisters; Leona Pettit Bowman Curtis and Sandie Noah Wilson, Several Nieces and Nephews, and Special Friend; Gamma Ladd
Preceded in death by father, nieces: Amber Amy Wilson and Lisa Ann Bowman
A celebration of life service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday at the Grace Community Church Washington Court House, Ohio. Memorial Contributions may be made to James Cancer Hospital of Columbus or Grace Community Church in Washington Court House.
