Mimi was born on March 30, 1982, in Columbus, Ohio to Michael Forsythe & Glenna (Dennis) Adams. She is preceded in death by maternal grandparents Fay & Bud Gordon. Sister, Shelly Forsythe, brother Jeremy Forsythe. She leaves her love to her children, Jordan, Travis, and Savannah. MiMi knew no love greater than the love of her children. She is survived by paternal grandparents Wanda (Richard) Underwood & Jim Forsythe. Brother Daniel(Brittany) Forsythe, who will cherish her memory, along with a host of other family and friends. MiMi fought a long hard battle, she always wanted with her heart for others to win the battle that she lost. She is much loved and dearly missed by her family and friends. Service will be held at the chapel of Edwards Funeral Service, Friday, February 6, 11:00 am service, where family and friends will receive the public at 10:00am. Interment at Glen Rest estates.
