Patricia is survived by her caring children, Carlos (Alisha) Moore, Glen (Angie) Blankenship, Daniel (Adam Barmore) Blankenship, Mark (Erin) Blankenship, James (Shannon) Warner, Carla (Freddy) Wooden, LaDonna (James) Patterson, Janean (Terry) Slick, Marie Gibson, and Michelle Jackson; her siblings, Betty (Bill) Bennett, Dellmar (Jody) Sword, Jr., Donna Welsh-Sword, and Donna Blankenship; her grandchildren, Tywinna Patterson, Arianna Watters, Darlene Patterson, and Terrance Moore; along with a host of other family and friends

She is preceded in death by her husband, Carlos Freeland III; her parents, Dellmar and Mildred Sword; and her brother, Cleve Edward
