Patricia A. Jones, 67, passed away on September 16, 2011 with her daughters at her side.
She was born July 28, 1944 in Youngstown, Ohio to the late James and Mary Capece DeCerbo
Survived by two daughters, Alyssa E. Jones and Heather P. Chad McAtee; granddaughter, Bella Jeanne McAtee, whom she idolized; sisters, Gwen Jerry Jones and Corrine Gill Boresma.
Patricia was a avid walker and lifetime member of St. Paul?s Catholic Church. The family would like to thank St. Ann?s Hospital and Mt. Carmel Hospice.
Family will receive friends at the St. Paul?s Catholic Church in Westerville on Tuesday, from 10 till 11 am followed by a funeral mass with Father David E. Gwinner officiating. Graveside services will be held at Trenton Cemetery in Sunbury, Ohio immediately following the mass.
Family request contributions to Mt. Carmel Hospice in lieu of flowers.
