Phillip Ray Taylor was born in Grahn, KY on May 13, 1944 to the late Arvil and Evelyn Roberta Qualls Taylor. Phillip received his formal education in Grahn, KY.
Phillip was a foster parent for 30 years while working for UPS. In his leisure he enjoyed spending time with his wife of 46 years, his daughter Keshia and granddaughter, Trinity. He also enjoyed family Christmas parties and visitations from his many foster and adoptive children.
Phillip Ray Taylor was born on May 13, 1944 and departed this life on September 28, 2011. He leaves to cherish his memory; his loving daughter, Keshia; granddaughter, Trinity; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, foster and adopted children and other relatives and friends.
A service will be held 7 PM Wednesday at the Chapel of EDWARDS FUNERAL SERVICE, 1166 Parsons Ave., Where family will receive friends from 6 till time of service
