PHYLLIS A. JACKSON, 74, passed away on April 24, 2011 in Willard Ohio.
She was born March 09, 1937 in Chicago, Illinois to Clifford A. and Elizabeth M. Garrison Durr.
Phyllis retired from Midwest Industries, MTD in Willard, Ohio and was a member of Willard Church of the Nazarene.
Many people will benefit as a result of her gift as a tissue donor.
Phyllis is survived by her husband Randy Jackson; Children Kenny Risner of Willard, Ohio, Susan Hensinger Steven of Columbus, Ohio, John Risner of North Olmstead, Ohio, Shawnda Jackson of Willard, Ohio; Siblings Nancy Ward of Florida, Roger Durr of Bucyrus, Ohio, Sherry Rogers of Monroeville, Ohio; Grandchildren Johnathan Risner, Joshua Hensinger, Noah Hensinger, Samuel Hensinger; and a Great Granddaughter Isabella Hensinger. Preceded in death by both of her Parents; Siblings Louis ?Earl? Durr, Lucille Wonderle, Bonnie Menduni, John Durr; and Grandson Phillip Hensinger.
A service will be held 7:00 PM Friday at the Willard Church of the Nazarene, 4414 Townline Road 12, Willard, Ohio 44890 Where family will receive friends from 6:00 ? 7:00 PM
