Richard is survived by his son, Brian (Kelly) Self; girlfriend of 12 years, Barbara Lambert; and his siblings Patrick Self and Maria Self

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Annette Marie Self; his parents, Richard Eugene Self Sr. and Mona Opal Self; and his brother, Palmer Self
