He was born August 10, 1950 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Andrew and Marye Blanton Long
He is Survived by his loving wife; Debbie, Children; Michelle Chris Gillilan and Gary Shawn Long, seven grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, a brother; Patrick Long and a sister; Sharon Wellman
He is preceded in death by a granddaughter Nancy Long.
