Rozan Mendosa Lowery age 63 of Columbus, Ohio passed away on April 29, 2014 surrounded by her children and their spouses at Mount Carmel East Hospice. Rozan was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Mary Katherine. She is survived by her daughter, Sylvia Goodrich Steve and son, William "Mooche" Lowery Stefanie; grandsons, Christian and Dylan Lowery; step-grandsons, Paul, Mikel and Nickoles Berry; step-granddaughter; Amber Berry; siblings Robert, Rebecca, Rita, Ramona, Ricardo, Renee, and Roberta. Rozan had an amazing green thumb and could bring back any plant on the brink, she was also an amazing cook self-taught and she loved to fish. She will be greatly missed by her family. A private celebration of her life will be held for the immediate family. In honor of her memory her family welcomes your flowers and/or planters or a donation in her name to the Mount Carmel East Hospice.
