Sarah Stephens, 80, of Centerburg, Ohio, passed away early Saturday, February 15th, 2014, at St Ann's hospital. She was born in Mingo County West Virginia on May 4th, 1933 to John and Ada Starr, but later made her home in Ohio.
She knew how to make everyone around her laugh and everyone that knew her well, knew that she loved to go shopping.
She was a loving mother to her 3 children, Carolyn Stephens Smith of Johnstown, Ohio, Grant Ricky Stephens of Alabama, and Kelly Stephens Magruder of Westerville, Ohio.
Sarah will be missed dearly by many, including several grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
