Sean Patrick Burk
My beloved twin brother Sean Patrick Burk passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 unexpectedly at the young age of 48. He was born was born on February 18, 1970 in Manhattan, New York, was raised in Yuba City California, and he was a resident of Columbus, Ohio where he lived for 22 years. Sean had a passion for photography and camerawork that always had him behind the lens. Sean was notorious for: having an “Off the Wall Vans obsession, his interest and collection in music, and the excitement he had when he would go and see a concert. When Sean would tell a story you would either walk away laughing or look at him in disbelief. He was quite the story teller, and knew how to bamboozle you. Sean’s love for the Star Wars Trilogy’s started at the age of 7 and when he exposed his son to “The Force,” they were able to share enthusiasm for the saga together.
His passing proceeds his mother Odette Martha Burk (2000) His grandparents Letty Rossi and Raymond
Bettencourt. He is survived by his son, Deklan Burk, Daughter Taeler Freeman (Tyler) his Grandchildren
Sophie and Hudson, his Twin Sister Kimberli Bravo (Alex) his Niece Venessa Bravo, and friend
Holly Noland. In lieu of flowers, we are asking for donations for a memorial bench in Sean’s name.
Even though Sean wasn’t with us for a long time, he was always down for a good time.
A viewing will be held at Edward Funeral Service 1166 Parsons Ave Columbus Ohio 43206 at 1 pm followed by a service at 2 pm. In memory of Sean’s trademark look, we are asking that all in attendance wear Vans.
You will deeply missed my brother.
