Stephan (Steve) Michael Prince

Stephan (Steve) Micheal Prince passed away on September 20, 2024 at LMH. 

He was born to Harlan + Wanda (Kintz) Prince on April 3, 1955. 

He worked at LCSO for over 20 years, serving as a dispatcher for the majority of those years, then on to serve in the same office under job descriptions. 

He was known for his sarcasm and wit, and for being an avid animal lover, with an uncanny ability with all animals, including those in the wild, actually saving and nursing several back to health, then back to freedom. Nicknamed The Beast Master and Dr. Doolittle. 

He was proceeded in death by his parents, his sister Waneda and still born twins. 

He is survived by his wife Kimberly of almost 37 years, his children, Tara, Angela, Terry, Hayley, Mya, Aden, Grandchildren, Hunter, Colten, Dylan, Laci, Gage, and great grandson, Jaxson, and sister Sherry. 

His final wishes will be carried out privately in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Humane Society and Hospice of Central Ohio 2269 Cherry Valley Rd. Newark 43055
