TAMMY VICKI MARLENE HORNER age 48, was born on November 26, 1961 to the late Fred Cains and Eula Cains. She passed away on December 14th, 2009. She is survived by husband Dwain Horner; her five children Amy Shawn Collier, Bo Horner, Kyle Horner, Chelsea Horner and Tyler Horner; grandchildren Taylor, Dylan and Scottie; sister Patricia Rick Wolff and brother Larry Lynn Slagle; brother-in-law's John Terry Horner, RonCheri Horner and sister-in-law ErikaBen; host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.Proceeded in death by father Fred Cains, mother Eula Cains,sister Debbie Muncy. <P>
