She is survived by her two caring children Hugh Melvin Perkins III and Brittany Perkins (William Howard) both of Columbus, OH. Along with three grand-children; Leah Jade Redman, Liam Edward Redman, and Briella Faye McComas
Theresa is preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Melvin Perkins Jr.
She will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
