VIRGIL RICK CONLEY died Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at his home. He was born October 23, 1948 in Portsmouth, Ohio. He married Andrea Conley December 8, 2012 and she is left to cherish his memory. He is also survived by his Daughter, Michelle Jason Greiner; Mother, Martha Conley; Sister, Karen Doug Gulley; Nephews, Chris & Andy and Niece, Traci. He was preceded in death by his Father, Virgil Conley. Rick loved dogs, white water rafting and never met a stranger. Anyone who knew Rick will miss him dearly. He had retired from the State of Ohio after 32 years. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Capital Area Humane Society. A service will be held Monday, December 9, 2013 at 7:00PM Chapel of EDWARDS FUNERAL SERVICE, 1166 Parsons Ave., where family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00PM.
