Walter was born Monday August 1, 1960 in Wellston, Ohio to Chester and Rhoda Meadows.

Walter is survived by his Wife Christiana K Meadows; Daughters Amanda Meadows and Kimberly Meadows; Step Children Christopher Hudson, David Hudson and Erica Hudson; Sisters Maggie Meadow, Jenny Meadows, Mary Ann Meadows and Stella Plary; 17 Grandchildren; In Laws Eric and Janice Bower

He is preceded in death by two brothers Robert and Herb Meadows.
