William Shanti Brown

William Shawn Brown, 33, passed away on December 16, 2013. He was born in Columbus, Ohio to Frank Courtney and Valerie Parker on February 25, 1980. William loved to tease and joke but everyone knew he had a big heart and loved him. He will be greatly missed. Left to cherish his memory are his Wife, Tonia Briggs; Mother, Valerie Parker and Step-Father Robert Parker; Father, Frank Courtney; Three Sons, Deshawn Briggs, Damarion Brown and Demetrious Brown; Two Brothers, Duane and Thomas Courtney; Sister, Nikia Randy Brown-Welch.
