William was born June 22, 1938 in Sparta, Georgia to his Parents William Shivers Sr., and Rowena Webb Hunt. William worked hard as a machinist.

William Shivers is survived by his loving daughter Carmen Johnson, grandchildren Andrea Johnson, Fredrick Steward, Devin Harris, and Destini Headin.

Mr. Shivers is proceeded in death by father Williams Shivers Sr., mother Rowena Webb Shivers, uncles Elmer and Henry Hunt.

William will be greatly missed by all family, friends, and loved ones.
