ZACHARY RYAN FUGATE, 18, passed away tragically Monday April 26. Zack was born April 17, 1992 in Columbus, Ohio and leaves to morn his passing, loving parents David W. and Kimberly A. Selvidge Fugate, a sister, Misty Nelson and a brother, David Fugate
He is preceded in death by two grandfathers
A service will be held 7 PM Wednesday at the Hebrew Baptist Church, 1338 Gault Ave Where family will receive friends from 6 PM until the time of service
